**Consent: By submitting the application, the contestant and/or guardian grant permission to New York Global Music Competition and its agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of me, or members of my family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. I hereby release New York Global Music Competition and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. Furthermore, I grant permission to use my statements that were given during an interview or guest lecture, with or without my name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction. I waive my right to any compensation. I confirm that I have read, and agreed to abide by, the New York Global Music Competition policy and all procedures and rules of the New York Global Music Competition. I certify that the information given on this application form is correct. I understand that incomplete applications (which also includes failure to pay fees and failure to fill in the form properly) will result in disqualification and that all decisions made by the panel of judges are final and may not be appealed.
